Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Role Overview:
As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand how our IT services can solve their business challenges. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys engaging with small business owners and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send prospecting emails to SMB decision-makers.
Identify key decision-makers and qualify leads based on business size, IT needs, budget, and authority.
Manage and update our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure all contacts and activities are tracked accurately.
Schedule meetings or discovery calls with prospective customers.
Collaborate with leadership team to improve messaging and outreach campaigns.
Track your performance and provide weekly updates on calls, emails, and meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (experience in IT or technology services is a plus).
Comfortable making calls and sending emails to business owners and managers.
Organized and detail-oriented, with experience using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small, dynamic team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on building relationships and pipeline growth.
Working Conditions:
Desk-based work with extended hours using a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
